博士，意大利卡梅里诺大学副教授，从事食品营养、蛋白结构与功能等方面的研究工作。出生于1967年，1999年获意大利卡梅里诺大学生物学博士学位。先后在约翰斯·霍普金斯大学等高校从事研究工作。先后在Food Chemistry、Frontiers in Chemistry等期刊共发表学术论文70余篇，现任Food Chemistry、Current Biotechnology、Recent Patents on Food Nutrition and Agriculture、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊审稿专家。
